This Telecommunications Policy describes how Buji Development Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the Agent Midas platform at agentmidas.xyz, uses telecommunications services — including SMS text messaging, voice calls, and push notifications — to communicate with our subscribers.

By creating an Agent Midas account and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  • Account verification codes and one-time passwords (OTP)
  • Login alerts and security notifications
  • Two-factor authentication codes
  • Password reset confirmations

Service Notifications

  • Subscription confirmations and changes
  • Billing alerts and payment receipts
  • Failed payment notifications
  • Tier upgrade or downgrade confirmations

Operational Alerts

  • Meeting reminders and calendar notifications (Nemo™ Meeting Intelligence)

3. Consent and Opt-In

How You Opt In

You provide consent to receive text messages from Agent Midas by checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration. This checkbox is not pre-checked — you must actively choose to opt in. Checking this box and creating your account constitutes your express written consent to receive text messages from Agent Midas at the phone number you provide.

Consent is Optional

SMS consent is not required to create an Agent Midas account or to use the platform. You may decline SMS messaging and still use all features of Agent Midas. However, certain features that rely on text messaging (such as SMS-based verification codes or meeting reminders via text) may not be available without consent.

Consent is Recorded

When you opt in, we record the date and time of your consent. This record is maintained for the duration of your account and for a period of three (3) years following account closure for regulatory compliance purposes.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, subscription tier, and the features you use. Typical message volume ranges from 2 to 10 messages per week. You may receive more messages during periods of high account activity (such as during onboarding, subscription changes, or active meeting schedules).

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. All SMS communications from Agent Midas are transactional in nature and directly related to your use of the platform.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to text messages sent to and received from Agent Midas. Agent Midas does not charge any additional fees for sending or receiving text messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Agent Midas at any time using any of the following methods:

Reply STOP

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message received from Agent Midas. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive any further text messages unless you opt in again.

Account Settings

Log in to your Agent Midas dashboard, navigate to Settings, and disable SMS notifications in your communication preferences.

Contact Support

Email [email protected] with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number you wish to remove from text messaging.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your Agent Midas account, subscription, or access to any platform features. Notifications will be delivered through alternative channels (email, in-app notifications, or push notifications) based on your preferences.

8. Supported Carriers

Agent Midas text messaging is supported on all major United States wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their subsidiaries and affiliates. Carrier support may vary. Agent Midas is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from carrier network issues.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Phone numbers collected through the Agent Midas platform are used exclusively for:

  • Delivering the text message types described in Section 2 of this policy
  • Account identification and security
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

10. Children's Privacy

Agent Midas is a business platform designed for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from or send text messages to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected a phone number from a minor, we will promptly delete that information.

We may update this Telecommunications Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our messaging practices, regulatory requirements, or telecommunications industry standards. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of SMS messaging services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
