The Compensation Model
The Shared Income Accelerator
Every third sale is shared. 67% goes up to your sponsor, 33% stays with you, and the same flows up to you from everyone you bring in, to infinity. It works the same on both paths.
You keep your customer
Every client you enroll stays yours, on every tier, for as long as they subscribe. The Accelerator never moves a customer away from you.
Every third sale is shared
On your 3rd, 6th, 9th sale and so on, that sale’s commission is split: 67% flows up to your sponsor, 33% stays with you. The customer relationship is still yours.
It flows up to you, to infinity
The same split flows up to you from everyone you bring in, and everyone they bring in. Build a team and shared income compounds through your whole organization.
Recurring, every month
Both your kept commissions and your shared income recur every month your people stay subscribed. This is a book of business, not a one-time bounty.
Earn Income Exponentially
Sales #1 and #2 are 100% yours. On #3 the commission splits 67/33 and you keep the customer. Then #4 and #5 are yours, #6 splits, and the pattern continues.

On the first $15,000/mo in MRR, 20% of commissions are held as a rolling reserve (up to $3,000) to cover chargebacks and fraudulent transactions; above that, commissions pay instantly while maintaining a $3,000 minimum reserve.

Midas is a technology platform, not an income opportunity. You are paid for introducing and servicing clients who subscribe to the software.
Payment terms. Commissions pay 14 days from the sale on the next Monday pay cycle, subject to a 20% rolling reserve as set in the Compensation Plan. Instant same-day payouts unlock once you reach $5,000/mo in MRR or the rolling reserve threshold.
Admin fee. A $100 annual admin fee applies and is waived once you are above $5,000/mo in MRR.
Certification fees. AI for Beginners and AI for Advanced are $250 each; the optional ODSS Certification is $500. Certification fees are non-refundable after course access begins.
ODSS. Selling or building with ODSS apps requires the separate ODSS Certification.
White Glove rates. The $150 to $250 per hour figures are recommended rates a practitioner may charge, a rate card, not a statement of typical earnings.
