App Development Agreement

Apps built through the ODSS are priced at 10% of the estimated retail market rate for equivalent human development (Standard Track), or 20% for private/proprietary apps (Proprietary Track).

The market rate estimate is provided by Agent Midas based on industry-standard development costs and confirmed with the Developer before development begins.

• •Apps built through ODSS are listed on the Agent Midas App Store by default.
• •Buji Development Corporation charges a 5% platform fee on the listed retail price per sale.
• •The Developer receives 50% royalties on all sales after the platform fee.
• •Agent Midas handles app distribution, hosting, update deployment, and customer support infrastructure.
• •The Developer retains creative control over pricing, description, and future updates.
• •Either party may request removal from the App Store with 30 days written notice.

• •If the Developer wishes to keep their app private and NOT list on the App Store, the development price increases to 20% of the estimated retail market rate.
• •The app remains exclusively the Developer's property — Buji Development Corporation has no distribution or licensing rights.
• •No royalties or platform fees apply under the Proprietary Track.
• •The Developer is responsible for their own hosting, distribution, and support.
• •The opt-out election must be made before development begins and is irrevocable for that specific app.

• •The Developer retains full ownership of their app concept, brand, name, and creative direction.
• •Buji Development Corporation retains ownership of the underlying ODSS build tools, Supra Forge Engine, and platform infrastructure.
• •Standard Track: Buji Development Corporation receives a non-exclusive, revocable license to distribute the app through the Agent Midas App Store.
• •Proprietary Track: no license is granted — the Developer owns all deliverables outright.
• •Code generated by ODSS for the Developer's app is owned by the Developer.
• •The Developer may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the ODSS build system itself.

• •All apps must pass Buji Development Corporation's quality review before App Store listing.
• •Apps must not contain malware, violate privacy laws, or infringe on third-party intellectual property.
• •Apps using the Meta Wearables SDK (MidasGlass) must also comply with Meta's developer policies.
• •Buji Development Corporation reserves the right to remove apps that violate these standards, with or without prior notice in cases involving security or legal risk.

• •Standard Track: Agent Midas provides first-line customer support and handles update deployment.
• •Proprietary Track: the Developer is responsible for all support and updates.
• •Critical security patches may be applied by Buji Development Corporation without prior notice for Standard Track apps.

• •Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.
• •Upon termination of Standard Track: app is removed from App Store; Developer retains code ownership.
• •Existing royalty obligations survive termination for 90 days to cover pending transactions.
